How much does it cost to have the Brazos Valley String Quartet perform at my wedding/reception/other event?
Prices will vary based on location and length of time, as well as the type of event you are having. The quickest way to get a quote is to give Dianna a call at (979) 777-3710 and she will give you a quote over the phone. If she is currently not available you can leave her a message with your name and details about your event. She will then return your call with a quote as soon as possible.
I don't know anything about music. Can you help me choose the music for my wedding?
Absolutely! There is no need to worry about music choices. We can help you choose between different standard pieces for during the ceremony, or play something unique and special. The Brazos Valley String Quartet is committed to helping you choose the perfect music for your day.
I've allways wanted to have this special music played at my wedding. Can you play it?
We can play anything as long as the sheet music is provided. If a special arrangement is needed there may be an additional cost.
My event is located outside of Bryan/College Station. Can I still hire the Brazos Valley String Quartet to play?
The Brazos Valley String Quartet does travel, but there will be additional cost to perform anywhere outside of a 20 mile radius of the Bryan/College Station area.
How far in advance can I book the quartet?
As far as possible. This insures that you are able to hire the Brazos Valley String Quartet for your event before other clients book them. Reserve your date today to ensure the best experience for your guests.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due on the day of the booking, in cash, at the event.
What do I need to provide for the Brazos Valley String Quartet?
Four armless chairs must be provided. For engagements lasting longer than 1.5 hours, four bottled waters are appreciated.
